Background

Chetan Soni of Allenbuild is one of the many customers who recognise the quality of our service. When completing their final check before handover they noticed a major problem with scratched glass and they had no time to replace it.

With such little time before handover they needed to get the job done quickly and to a standard their client would be happy with. Knowing the quality of our process Re-new was a natural choice Re-new offered a free on-site survey Chetan remembered us from a previous project and was confident in Re-new’s ability to carry out the work within the time constraints.

Solution

Re-new were able to increase labour on site at short notice to the delight of the customer. This enabled the repairs to be completed much faster than replacing them. It was at this point that they realised that further damage had not been noticed during the inspections. After reviewing the frames and laminate floors Re-New was able to fix these too meaning that they could hand over on time.

Results

Despite already being a loyal customer and believer in our service Chetan was impressed by the helpful and cost-effective solution that we provided. Through offering a complete solution we were able to further build upon the relationship and further develop the clients trust. Ultimately the adaptability of Re-New allowed us provide a next day service which exceeded the clients expectations, saved them money and prevented delay.
